Tracy Rapose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales within the toy industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Team Lead at Just Play since December 2018, Tracy oversees Amazon US/Canada and various distribution channels, guiding a team in promotional planning and inventory management. Prior to this, Tracy held multiple roles at Just Play, leading Amazon business initiatives and executing strategic account management. Experience includes a tenure as National Sales Director, focusing on consumer sales and key account strategies, as well as previous positions at LeapFrog and LEGO Group, where Tracy managed national accounts and developed sales strategies for major retailers. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from California State University, Los Angeles.
