Connie Batchelor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in planning, financial analysis, and real estate investment banking. Currently serving as the Director of Planning for Walmart at Just Play since October 2024, Connie previously held roles at Melissa & Doug as a Planning Manager and Senior Sales Analyst from March 2015 to October 2024, and at Point72 Asset Management as Vice President of FP&A from June 2012 to February 2015. Early career highlights include positions at Goldman Sachs as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group, Lazard as Director, and Kwasha Lipton as Actuarial Analyst. Connie holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Art and Design (architecture) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
