Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Liberty Global, where Maximo held positions such as Senior Manager for Big Data and Analytics, and Manager for Telemetry and Analytics, managing large international teams and delivering significant technology and operations roadmaps. Maximo also contributed to the telecommunications field with roles at Oi, TIM Maxitel, and various educational institutions, honing expertise in data engineering, big data solutions, and digital technology systems. Maximo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a Master's degree in Data Processing and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from PUC Minas.
