Ian currently holds the position of EVP Customer Services at Just Eat Takeaway.com, where Ian leads global customer service experience and operations. Ian has previously worked as a Global Performance Marketing Director at easyJet and Client Partner at OMD. Ian has a BA in History from UCL and recently completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
