Shirlene Sim currently serves as the General Manager for JustCo in Singapore, overseeing sales and operations for a portfolio of 19 coworking centres since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shirlene held various senior positions at Shangri-La Group, including Vice President of Investment & Asset Management for South-East Asia & Australasia, where responsibilities included asset management for flagship hotels and initiating business recovery strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous experiences also encompass leadership roles at Mandai Park Development, Jewel Changi Airport Development, CapitaMalls Asia Limited, CapitaRetail China Trust Management, and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, contributing to significant projects in development, marketing communications, and asset management. Shirlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
