Just Mortgages employ over 150 in-branch Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the UK and have recently launched a highly successful self-employed division, now thriving with 180 advisers across the country.

The Sales Team at Just Mortgages is responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing and managing the performance of in-branch and self-employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the UK. They focus on developing strategic sales initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The team works collaboratively to recruit and cultivate talent, leveraging the in-house Training Academy Programme to develop advisors from CeMap 1 trainees to competent professionals, thereby supporting the company's commitment to 5-star service excellence.
