Tara Connolly is an accomplished professional in loss prevention with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Loss Prevention Manager at Just Group since July 2001, Tara has also held leadership roles as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Intertan and as a Loss Prevention Manager at Kmart Australia Limited. In addition, Tara contributed as a Steering Committee Member for both Retail Risk and the Profit Protection Future Forum. Educational qualifications include two diplomas from Western Sydney University in Security Studies and Fraud Management, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
