Doaa Fahmy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Just Born, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, from 2012 to 2023, Doaa held multiple senior positions at Danone, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where leadership involved overseeing a team of over 40 HR senior leaders and developing the Future of Work strategy for North America. Doaa also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Services for North America, spearheading a 70-person team that supported 6,000 employees. Earlier roles include Senior Global Talent Director and Global Talent Director for the Waters Division at Danone, and HR leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Iskraemeco, EgyNet, and Triangle Tech Group, Inc. Doaa Fahmy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
