Jacqueline Abernathy is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Juro. Previously, Jacqueline held roles at Sales Impact Academy as a Customer Success Coach and at Outreach, where positions included RVP of Customer Success for EMEA and Sr. Director of Customer Success for the same region. Earlier in their career, Jacqueline was Vice President of Customer Success at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX) and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Customer Success for Enterprise. Jacqueline began their professional journey at VaynerMedia, where experiences ranged from Client Account Director to Account Strategist. Jacqueline earned a BS in Business Administration and Marketing, with a minor in Chinese, from the University of Colorado Boulder and studied at East China Normal University.
