Balaji Rajendran is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Jupiter since October 2024. Prior to this role, Balaji held various positions at Fisdom, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Legal and Compliance from January 2021 to October 2024. Balaji has also worked at Paytm Money as an Executive Manager Legal, Ola as a Legal Manager, and Flipkart as an Assistant Manager Legal. Earlier experience includes roles at 3M as a Legal Consultant and at Clutch Group (Morae Global) as a Legal Associate. Balaji began the legal career as a Senior Analyst Legal at RR Donnelley and a Junior Advocate at Shankarnath & Dhanashekar, Advocates. Balaji holds an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School and an LLB from The Tamilnadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University.
