Madhusudhan N has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Manager HR & Admin at Jupiter Capital Private Limited since May 2014, after holding positions as Deputy Manager HR and Assistant Manager HR at Hindusthan Infrastructrure Projects & Engineering Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, Madhusudhan worked as Senior Executive HR at Niraamaya Retreats and as a Human Resources Assistant at ITC Limited, where responsibilities included conducting induction programs, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR reports for management. Earlier experience includes a role as Accounts & Personal Assistant at VIJAYA STEELS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Madhusudhan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Vinayaka Missions University.
