Marshall Everett has a diverse work experience in the field of capital and real estate. Marshall is currently the Founder and Managing Principal of Palingen Capital, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, Marshall co-founded Juno in 2019 and served as an advisor. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Advance Realty, first as a Vice President of Investment and Development from October 2016 to June 2018, and then as a Managing Director from June 2018 to April 2019. Before joining Advance Realty, Marshall worked as an Associate at A&E Real Estate from March 2013 to May 2014. Marshall began their career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2011 to March 2013.

Marshall Everett received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Princeton University from 2007 to 2011. Marshall furthered their education at Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.
