Meg Barss currently serves as the Lead People Business Partner at Juniper Square, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Meg was the Head of Talent Development at Salesloft from March to June 2024 and acted as Principal HR Business Partner at Drift from February 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing development planning and leadership training for the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager & Business Partner in Technology at EF Education First from March 2016 to February 2019 and Senior Technical Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist at Brightcove from April 2010 to March 2016. Meg Barss earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design between 2006 and 2009.
