Sammi Mukherjee is an accomplished HR Leader and Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience in human resources across various high-profile organizations. Mukherjee currently serves as the Global Director of HRBP at Juniper Networks, overseeing the HRBP function for engineering leadership. Previous roles include Senior HR Leader at Jabil, Director of HRBP at Applied Materials, Acting HRVP at GE, and Senior HR Director at Lockheed Martin, where Mukherjee provided strategic HR support to C-suite executives and managed global HRBP teams. Mukherjee holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational psychology at The Chicago School.
