Kunal Marwaha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development across various organizations in India and the APAC region. Currently serving as the Learning & Organization Development Lead at Juniper Networks, Kunal is responsible for managing the design, communication, and rollout of programs. Prior to this role, Kunal was the Senior Manager for People, Development, and Culture at Nutanix, where regional leadership for people processes and culture-building initiatives was provided. Kunal's experience includes transformative roles at Myntra, focusing on leadership development and learning culture, and HR management at Wipro, encompassing talent management and performance evaluations. Beginning a career in technology as a Software Developer at Net-Square and progressing through Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kunal holds a PGDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology.
