Doug Erpenbeck currently serves as VP Revenue Enablement at Juniper Networks, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Doug held several key roles at Elastic including Chief of Staff Global Sales and VP Field Enablement, where responsibilities included overseeing the success of users from initial software engagement to achieving significant business impacts through Elastic solutions. Doug's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at California State University-Chico, Salesforce, Jack B. Keenan, Inc., Latitude Communications, and Dataquest. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University, Chico, and has contributed to various sales enablement and training strategies throughout a career that spans over three decades in technology-focused organizations.
