Johannes Hoos is a professional in M&A and Corporate Development currently with Juniper Group since November 2024, focusing on business development and portfolio management within the operating group of Constellation Software. Prior to this, Johannes held various roles at IEG - Investment Banking Group from September 2019 to November 2024, including Vice President, Associate, Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Intern. Additional experience includes a project management internship at Volkswagen de México and a venture capital and strategy internship at NBank. Johannes holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, and has completed a semester abroad in both Economics and Business at Universidad de Los Andes and at Spotswood College in New Zealand.
