Nicola Johns has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Nicola started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Officer at the City of Melbourne and later worked as an Administrator at Virgin Active. In 2011, they became an Assistant Store Manager at lululemon athletica before transitioning into HR roles at Airswift, where they served as an HR Operations Administrator and then as an HR Operations Supervisor. In 2015, they joined JGC as a Senior HR Supervisor before moving on to become the Head of People at Virgin Active Singapore in 2016. Most recently, Nicola worked at Junior Adventures Group UK, where they held the positions of HR Business Partner and Head of People Experience.

Nicola Johns completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Bangkok Patana School from 1998 to 2004, completing the International Baccalaureate program. Recently, in 2020-2021, Nicola obtained a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from AVADO.
