Don Silvestri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Don serves as President and COO at Debt.com® and holds significant positions within the NFL Players Association as President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the South Florida Chapter. Don is also a Board Member of Junior Achievement of South Florida and a Founding Board Member of Parkland Cares, which focuses on mental health support for the community affected by the Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting. Prior to these roles, Don held several high-level marketing positions at companies such as Acquinity Interactive, ModernAd Media, and CBS Interactive, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing operations for CBS Digital Media. Don began their career as a player for the New York Jets after earning a dual degree in Marketing and Business from the University of Pittsburgh.
