Nikolaus Arnold is an experienced legal professional and board member with a history of distinguished positions. Since 2009, Nikolaus has served as Aufsichtsratsmitglied at Bank Gutmann and holds a position on the Redaktionsbeirat for Aufsichtsrat aktuell (Linde Verlag) since January 2004. Active in various private foundations such as Kotanyi and IuG Schwarz since March 1999, Nikolaus also has been a Co-Herausgeber for Der Gesellschafter ("GesRZ") at Linde Verlag since 2007. As a Rechtsanwalt at ARNOLD Rechtsanwälte GmbH since December 1999, Nikolaus's firm is recognized as one of Austria’s leading business law firms. In addition, Nikolaus has been the Stellvertretender Aufsichtsratvorsitzender at Jungbunzlauer since 2010. Nikolaus earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law from the University of Vienna, with prior studies at Miami University and the University of Vienna.
