Matthew Lewis has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at JumpCloud since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior IT Engineer at ITCS from April 2021 to December 2022. Before joining ITCS, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Tech-Wales Ltd from July 2017 to September 2020. Matthew then worked as an IT Technician at Ensinger GmbH from September 2016 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as a Technical Support Analyst at Virgin Media from November 2014 to November 2015, and as an IT Engineer at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water from April 2014 to October 2014. Matthew started their career as an IT Support Engineer at Fujitsu from December 2012 to April 2014.

Matthew Lewis attended Sandfields Comprehensive from 2007 to 2009, where they earned their GCSEs. Matthew then went on to attend Dyffryn Comprehensive from 2009 to 2012, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time.
