Olivier Baetz is a seasoned professional in the financial technology sector, currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at Jump Trading LLC since April 2020. Prior to this role, Olivier was the Managing Director at VMG Advisory from 2019 to March 2020, focusing on connecting revenue-generating and technology functions within the capital markets. At NovaSparks from 2011 to 2019, Olivier held the position of Chief Operating Officer, leading the company to significant growth in revenue through the development of innovative low latency market data products. Olivier also spent a decade at BT Radianz, where positions included Program Director and Director of Technical Sales, overseeing large-scale migration programs and managing a sales engineering team dedicated to high-frequency trading solutions.
