Arnoldus Bramantyo has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Arnoldus began their career as a Web Application Developer at PT Guentner Indonesia in 2008. In 2010, they moved to Kurotech as an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master. In 2017, they began working at both Coders Colony and MG Group as an IT Project Manager and Project Manager respectively. In 2020, they joined Nomura Research Institute Indonesia as a Scrum Master, and they are currently employed at JULO as a Scrum Master.

Arnoldus Bramantyo obtained a Sarjana Komputer (Bachelor of Computer Science) in Information Technology from Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Surabaya between 2000 and 2006. Arnoldus also holds four certifications from Scrum.org, including Professional Scrum with UX (obtained in June 2021), Scaled Professional Scrum (obtained in December 2020), Professional Scrum Master II (obtained in October 2020), and Professional Scrum Master I (obtained in July 2020).
