Germán Malfatti, Phd has worked for a variety of companies since 2001. Germán began their career as a Professor at Instituto CEyAT in 2001. In 2003, they became a Technician for Reparation of Computer Equipment at ZCOM Computación. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as an Administrator of Systems at Syncromind. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Becario at CNEA. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Becario Doctoral at CONICET. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Professor Titular at Colegio Santa María de Nazareth. Finally, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Data Scientist and Data Engineer at Infolytics.

Germán Malfatti, Phd completed their education history with a Doctorado in Física from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, which they earned between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master in Física from Instituto Balseiro between 2013 and 2014. Germán also earned a BS in Física from Instituto Balseiro between 2011 and 2013. Before that, they attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and earned an Ingeniería (incompleto) in Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica between 2009 and 2011. Germán's education history began with a Tecnicatura in Tecnología/Técnico de ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones, which they earned from Escuela Técnica N° 12, Libertador General San Martín between 1998 and 2004.
