Kimberly Hughes has a diverse professional background with significant experience in human resources and sales. Currently serving as a Human Resources professional at The Garver Group, Inc. since December 2022, Kimberly also works as a Sales Representative at Julius Silvert, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Kimberly dedicated over 14 years to The Melting Pot Restaurants as a Managing Partner, where skills in long-term ownership, management, customer service, multi-site operations management, and sales planning were developed. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
