Susan Taylor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several positions in the restaurant industry. Susan's early career included roles at Chevys Fresh Mex, starting as an Opening Kitchen Manager in 1992 and progressing to become a Regional Food Supervisor. In these roles, they oversaw kitchen operations, managed budgets, and opened new restaurants in multiple states.
