Mrs. Cynthia Hoag received her bachelor's degree from Wheaton College. She chairs Beach Cities Friends of Habitat for Humanity/Greater LA, which has raised support for nine new homes since 2002. Cindy teaches youth in her church, and helped to found Vistamar School in El Segundo.
