Mark Spencer is the current Southwest Project Coordinator at Judicial Watch. Prior to this, they were a Teaching Pastor at Cave Creek Bible Church from June 2012 to June 2015. Mark has also held the position of Legislative Liaison at Phoenix Law Enforcement Association from September 2011 to December 2011. Spencer has an extensive work history in law enforcement, having served on the Executive Board of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association from September 1997 to September 2007, and as President of the organization from September 2007 to August 2011. Mark began their career in law enforcement with the Phoenix Police Department in December 1986, serving as a police officer until their retirement in January 2012.

Mark Spencer graduated from Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mark then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University. Finally, they earned their Master of Arts degree from an undisclosed school.
