Mr. Abhay Prabhakar Havaldar, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as an Independent Director in July, 2018. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bombay University and has done M.sc. in Management from the Sloan Fellow program at London Business School. He possesses distinguished experience in the venture capital and private equity industry and skilled in Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Strategy.
