Roman Shepovalnikov has extensive experience in technology and service management, currently serving as the GSD Tower Lead (Tech.) and Team Lead Manager for the Global Service Desk at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since November 2010. Prior to this role, Roman was also a Team Lead Manager for the Global Service Desk at JTI Macdonald Corp from July 2009 to November 2010. Roman holds a Ph.D. from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI," where studies were completed from 1997 to 2006.
