Eric Dekoninck

Eric Dekoninck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in brand and marketing leadership across various industries. Currently, Eric serves as the Director and CMO at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), leading the Camel Brand globally and driving corporate brand fundamentals to enhance stakeholder engagement and transform company culture. Prior to JTI, Eric was the Global Head of Brand and Marketing at UNICEF, where efforts significantly increased revenue and advocacy impact. In earlier roles at Procter & Gamble, Eric held leadership positions in trade and brand marketing, successfully driving innovation and sales growth for a flagship laundry brand. Eric holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, along with advanced leadership training from Harvard Business School Online.
