Chris Moat currently serves as P&C VP for the Eastern Europe Region and Global Finance at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), a position held since October 2022. With extensive experience at JTI since May 2007, previous roles have included HR Vice President for Global Supply Chain and R&D, VP of HR for MENEAT and WWDF, and VP of HR for Central Europe and Nordics. Prior to JTI, Chris Moat was the European HR Director at Gallaher Group Plc from 2000 to 2007 and began a career as a Graduate Trainee at West Sussex County Council from 1998 to 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a BA in International Relations from Keele University, supplemented by studies at INSEAD and The University of British Columbia.
