Oki Saputra currently serves as a Staff Admin Product Advisor at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express) since May 2022, where responsibilities include compiling package complaint data and following up on problematic shipments such as stuck packages, PTMP packages, lost scan items, and damaged packages. Prior to this role, Oki worked as a Call Center Agent at PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA from October 2019 to April 2022, engaging with consumers and potential clients to promote the company's products and services. Oki is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Universitas Pamulang, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2025.
