Hemesh Kumar Gangwar currently serves as General Manager of Human Resources at JSW Energy Ltd since October 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in major corporations. Prior to this position, Hemesh held various HR leadership roles at General Motors from August 2011 to October 2019, including Assistant General Manager and Manager, focusing on employee relations and HR transformation. Hemesh's career began at Reliance Communication, where responsibilities as Area Manager included oversight of HR operations across East India. Hemesh also contributed to recruitment strategies as Team Leader at EssNee Management Consultants. Hemesh earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Lucknow between 2004 and 2006.
