Paul Burke is an experienced chemical engineering professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in manufacturing and operations management within the chemical and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as the Cleans Senior Production and Facilities Manager at JSR Micro Inc, Paul has successfully led the commissioning and operationalization of a new chemical plant. Previous roles include Multi Plant Manager at Messer Americas, Director of Operations at Cabot Microelectronics, and various engineering positions at Agilent Technologies. With a background as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer, Paul brings a strong leadership capability and extensive expertise in process safety management, supply chain operations, and integrated manufacturing. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems Management from Southern Methodist University.
