Nikolaos Lykoskoufis is a bioinformatics engineer at JSR Life Sciences, specializing in NGS-AI since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lykoskoufis served as a visiting PhD student at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from July 2021 to September 2022 and completed a PhD in Genomics and Digital Health at the University of Geneva from April 2019 to September 2022, focusing on the non-coding genome. Lykoskoufis also gained teaching experience as an auxiliary teaching assistant in Biostatistics at the University of Geneva and worked as a tutor for students facing academic challenges. An internship at the FunPopGen Laboratory involved developing programming skills and contributing to research publications.
