JSP Corporation is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic products. The Company operates through three business segments. The Extrusion segment manufactures, processes and sells polystyrene foam sheets and polyethylene foam cushioning materials, among others. The Beads segment is engaged in the manufacture, processing and sale of polystyrene foam beads and expandable polystyrene. The Others segment is involved in the purchase and sale of its products and general packaging materials. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 38 subsidiaries, five associated companies and one affiliated company.
