Francisco Andrade possesses a strong background in human resources and safety management, currently serving as the Human Resources Safety Manager at JSL Foods, Inc. since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as HR Safety Manager at Overhill Farms from 2011 to February 2019 and Safety Manager/HR Generalist at Dean Foods between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Francisco has military experience as a Squad Leader in the US Marine Corps Reserves from 2002 to 2005 and served as an On Site Supervisor at Wackenhut during the same period.
