Keith Fenwick is an accomplished project manager currently working at JSI since September 2024. Previously, from 2012 to August 2024, Keith held multiple leadership roles at Rebel.com, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing corporate operations, client relations, and strategic planning initiatives, while ensuring high service levels and timely project completions. As Operations Manager, Keith led daily business operations and managed relationships with suppliers. Additionally, as Customer Service Manager, Keith played a key role in recruitment and training, implementing programs that reduced employee turnover. Earlier experiences include roles at Zip.ca and the Ottawa Lynx & Ottawa Rapidz Baseball Club, contributing to a solid foundation in customer service and operations management. Keith holds a diploma in Small and Medium Enterprise Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
