As Chief Construction Project Engineer for JSD, Jeff assists with the design, soil analysis, technical specifications, cost projections, and contractor bid analysis and verification. Once a project is under contract, Jeff assists with pre-construction and engineer/contractor progress meetings, site progress and erosion control, shop drawings, contractor questions and pay application review.
