Francisco Yanez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Francisco started their career at Delphi as a Project Engineer in 1995 and worked there for two years. Francisco then moved on to Auto Trim as a Senior Quality Engineer before joining Oakley in 1997. At Oakley, they held various positions including Senior Manager of Supply Chain, Category Manager, and Director of Product and Supply Chain. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing for Footwear and Accessories at Oakley. Francisco Yanez then joined JR286 in 2014 as the Vice President of Product Development for Nike Equipment and Accessories.
Francisco Yanez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics Engineering with a focus on Optics/Electronics from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Francisco then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Finally, Francisco completed an MBA at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
