Stephanie Kirt, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Talent Experience Lead at JR Automation since March 2021, where Stephanie focuses on facilitating smooth transitions and fostering a sense of belonging for new team members. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting Sales and Marketing in Holland, MI, and Southern Business Units in Nashville, TN, and Liberty, SC. Additionally, Stephanie is an active member of the Marketing Committee for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) and has held various recruitment roles in organizations such as Challenge Manufacturing Company, ManpowerGroup (Experis) in partnership with Steelcase, Haworth, and Kelly Services. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Marketing from Central Michigan University and has furthered education at Western Michigan University.
