Rosana El Sayed is an experienced executive in the field of compensation and human resources, currently serving as Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2021, focusing on Wealth Management and Advisory Services. As a Founding Member of the HR Experts Council at Hacking HR, Rosana brings insight and leadership to the HR community. Previously, Rosana held the role of Global Director in the Colleague Experience Group at American Express from October 2011 to September 2021, overseeing compensation and performance across multiple divisions. Additional prior experience includes serving as Transformation Lead at NYU Langone Health, a Consultant with the United Nations, and various strategic roles in global total rewards and performance. Rosana holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Pace University, among other qualifications.
