Preshita Pol is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and digital recruiting, currently serving as the AVP of Digital Recruiting at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Preshita was the Talent Acquisition Lead for IT/Analytics at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, managing end-to-end corporate IT recruitment from February 2016 to February 2022. Preshita began the career as a Senior Resource Coordinator at Solus Security Systems Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included establishing the Pune office and overseeing various aspects of the hiring process. Experience also includes working as a Lead Recruiter at Collabera Inc. and as a Talent Manager at STLogics. Preshita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
