Mackenzie O'Connor currently serves as a Compensation Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a position held since July 2016, and has previously worked as an HR Associate focusing on Oracle HCM Implementation and as a HR Analyst with experience in various HR specialties through multiple rotations. Mackenzie began the professional journey as a Human Resources Intern at J.P. Morgan in summer 2015 and gained additional experience as a Corporate Development Intern at DialAmerica Marketing in summer 2014, where responsibilities included generating reports on employee dynamics and conducting evaluations. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, earned in 2016.
