Jocelyn Lam is an experienced banking professional with a focus on credit analysis and loan management. Currently serving as a Senior Director at First Republic Bank since October 2013, Jocelyn is responsible for underwriting, structuring, and creating narratives for various loan types, including commercial and real estate loans. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held multiple positions at Union Bank from November 2010 to October 2013, starting as a Credit Analyst and advancing to Senior Credit Analyst and Team Lead. During this time, Jocelyn successfully completed the Union Bank Commercial Credit Training Program, which enhanced knowledge of credit risk management and underwriting practices. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Diego State University, Jocelyn combines strong analytical skills with leadership experience within the banking sector.
