Jeff Mueller is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as VP - Manager of Software Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jeff is focused on backend Big Data/AI initiatives that enhance customer experiences for the Chase Mobile app and website. Previously, as Vice President of Engineering at BRYCER, Jeff successfully transitioned a contractor-based team into a more efficient in-house engineering group while overseeing the development of a Progressive Web App and the implementation of a microservice architecture. With a solid foundation in software and electrical systems design from roles at Ecolab, Sentry360, and other organizations, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in leading diverse teams and architecting innovative solutions across various domains including IoT, cloud computing, and video surveillance. Jeff holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Montana and additional computer science degrees from Illinois Institute of Technology and DeVry.
