Hemathri Balakrishnan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and technology leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director at JPMorganChase, Hemathri heads Data & Analytics Platforms and Architecture, Engineering & Data/AI/ML. Prior to this role, Hemathri held the position of Head of Cloud Enabled Transformation Studio at Deloitte Digital and was Global Head of Platform Architecture at Credit Suisse. Additional experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley, Citi, UBS Investment Bank, Lufthansa, and Hewlett-Packard, demonstrating a strong background in technology management and innovation. Hemathri holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Anna University, India.
