Harsh Dave is an Investment Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since February 2021, specializing in infrastructure finance and advisory, and has served as a senior analyst and team lead for the Asia-Pacific region while working in Hong Kong in 2022. Harsh received an accelerated promotion within four months of joining the firm due to outstanding performance. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at Barclays, where responsibilities included managing Forex-related interfaces and performance updates for the Barclays India CXO leadership. Additional roles include a Data Analyst internship at Ugam, where skills in web analytics and reporting were developed, and as Head of the Debate Society at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology. Harsh also contributed as the sole application developer for School Atlas, creating a machine learning-based Android application aimed at enhancing early childhood education.
