Dani Castro is an experienced professional in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as a Senior Associate in both Connected Commerce: Banking Payments (Zelle Product Operations) and Home Lending: Strategy & Operations Support at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to these roles, Dani completed a Summer Associate position at the same company and worked as a Customer Service Experience Specialist at Capital One. Additionally, Dani has a strong background in journalism, having held positions as Editor In Chief and Copy Editor at Ke Alaka'i News.
